It ’s gratuitous to send subject matter on the app , but Herbert says his family set aside it for pressing situations . “ There is a reciprocal understanding that using ReplyASAP is only for important things , ” hewroteon the app ’s website , “ and not because [ Ben ] needs new batteries for his Xbox controller . ”

Herbert note that while he designed the app for family , his admirer quickly envisioned “ turn up ” fashion they could habituate it themselves . “ Their suggestions ranged from changing your lodge when your friend is get the drinks in at the cake , to happen your phone when you ’ve mislay it at home , to forge berth when you need to get grip of body of work colleagues quickly . ”

The app is currently available for Android users in the U.S. Herbert is hoping to tote up an iPhone version presently .
