Unfortunately, closer inspection of the rules shows that there are a few requirements. Firstly, you have to be a resident of the contiguous United States; no Alaska or Hawaii. You also have to be ages 13-18 to enter. What the hell have teens ever done for anyone? A bunch of yolo-ing, cigarette smoking vandals, the lot of them.
