The popular battle royale announced they have officially raised $36 million for humanitarian relief for people affected by the war in Ukraine.
Yesterday, March 20, Epic announced that all the proceeds from their newest season of Fortnite were going to go directly towards the humanitarian relief for people affected by the war in Ukraine. This is currently in effect until April 3.

With the release of their new season earlier this month, Fortnite had announced that all proceeds up until April 3 would go directly to humanitarian relief for the war in Ukraine. As of today, they have officially raised $100 million.

The popular battle royale, ‘Fortnite’, released a brandnew seasonyesterday, making it their second season of chapter three. Alongside the season comes a purchasable battle pass, that gives players enjoyable cosmetics to play within the game.
Epic hadannouncedyesterday that all of the proceeds from people purchasing the Fortnite battle pass will be directly donated to help people affected by the recent events in Ukraine.

The fact that they were able to raise $36 million in only 24 hours is absolutely remarkable. This only makes you wonder how much they will have raised by April 3. This is the date they officially stop donating the battle pass proceeds.
Fortnite posted on their Twitter page this morning a “Thank you” to all the players who have helped support their cause.
