Just the other month, Ethan Klein, who runs the popular podcast and YouTube Channel, h3h3Productions, released a long video that was supposed to exposeHasan Piker, the famous political Twitch Streamer, for various allegations.

However, the video somewhat backfired, as many creators stood with Piker due to many of these issues being debunked by many.

However, Klein also claims that his video was a trap for other creators whom he knew would watch it.

In a recent video, Klein states that he feels the three streamers, Denims, Frogan and Kaceytron, who watched his content nuke on Piker on their streams, provided little to no criticism or commentary. His statement is that they just watched the video with their chat, violating the Fair Use copyright law and taking away ad revenue from him.

The Fair Use law states that it is permissible to use limited portions of a work, including quotes, for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, and scholarly reports. Klein believes that his work was used without any of these.

Many question whether this will actually hold up in a lawsuit. We will simply have to wait and see how the situation plays out.
