New NPCs, Bestiaries, and Regions in Desolate Dwelling
Theregionthat is added toFischwith theDesolate Dwelling updateis called theDesolate Deep, and it’s locatedunder the oceanclose to the Statue of Sovereignty (-795, 130, -3100). There are five new NPCs:two Merchants,RoddyandClarence(lore NPCs), and theInn Keeper, and they are all located within theDesolate Pocket(-1500, -235, -2870) and thehidden merchant area(-980, -245, -2700).
You can reach the Desolate Pocket by reaching themine-ridden path to the right of the warning sign(avoid theminesas theyinstantly kill you) at thebottom of the Desolate Deep. For the secret merchant area, follow thenarrow passages to the left of the sign.
Also, there is theDesolate Brine Pool(-1800, -140, -3400), which is another secret area containing a differentbestiaryto the Desolate Deep. You can fish in it using theReinforced Rod, and you can reach it by navigating theabove-water tunnels in the Desolate Pocket. You’ll need agliderto climb the rocks, so get one either at themerchantor at theAlbino Trader at Roslit Bay.
