Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mysteryfans can’t completeYear 3yet, but they’re getting closer to the end. Developers Jam City seems to be averaging about one new story chapter per week, with even more story content recently added to the successful mobile game.
As of the latest update,Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mysteryplayers are able to progress all the way to Year 3 Chapter 11. This means that they still can’t quite complete Year 3, but they should be able to do just that and move on to Year 4 by the end of the month. Year 4 will presumably bring with it plenty of new content for players to sink their teeth into, as each year in the game seems to give players more tasks to complete than the one before.
For example, Year 3 gives players the chance to befriend characters like Tulip Karasu and Barnaby Lee, as well as explore new areas like Hogsmeade and the shops there. Year 3 players are also able to start taking Herbology classes, along with classes from the previous years that can be taken again to learn new spells and earn more gems.
As previously stated, it seems as though Jam City is averaging about one new chapter per week. This means that it may be quite awhile before fans are able to fully complete the game - in fact, it could take nearly a year before players are able to reach Year 7 and completeHogwarts Mystery’s story.
However, it’s reasonable to assume that some updates will be more substantial than others. After all, the initial Year 3 update added multiple chapters to the story, not just one. Plus, there are some future core features that Jam City plans on integrating into the experience, such as adopting pets anddating other students, which would require more significant updates.
Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mysteryplayers have been stuck in Year 3 for a few weeks now, but that should change within the next couple of weeks, assuming Jam City continues releasing story content at its current rate.
