A lot of cards also received buffs.
Hearthstone patch 28.6.2 has arrived with some nerfs and buffs. According to the Hearthstone developers, the goal of patch 28.6.2 is to nerf some power outliers. These pertain to the Warlock, Druid, and Demon Hunter classes. Another goal of the newest Hearthstone patch is to experiment with smaller buffs across cards that are set to rotate out of Standard.

In terms of the nerfed cards, they include Sludge on Wheels and Waste Remover for the Warlock class. Chaos Creation, which is a dual-class card for Warlock and Mage, also received a nerf. The developers stated that these updates would tone down Warlock’s mid and late game.
Meanwhile, Shattered Reflections also got nerfed. It now only lets you choose a non-Titan minion. The Hearthstone developers noted that while Ramp-style Druid is turning into a power and sentiment outlier in the high legend ranks.

Next, Blindeye Sharpshooter received an adjustment. Instead of a 3 mana 1/3, it’s now a 4 mana 3/3. Similar to Druid, the Demon hunter class is a sentiment outlier in high legend.
“Specifically, we’ve gotten a lot of feedback that players don’t like that this one card can generate that much damage, that early in the game,“the patch notes stated. “We’re slowing the card down by a turn to make that burst damage slower and clunkier, and buffing other Demon Hunter archetypes in this patch for fans of the class throughout the ladder.”
