Unfortunately, Spacial Rend is not treated like a standard move in Pokémon GO. It cannot be acquired by Charged TM, or Elite Charged TM (at the moment). That means anyOrigin Forme Palkiayou have without the move, either from Sinnoh Tour orInto the WildandGO Wild Areacannot learn Spacial Rend.

In order to get Spacial Rend in Pokémon GO, you need to get a little bit lucky. There is a random chance every time you encounter an Origin Forme Palkia that it can know Spacial Rend. The odds for this seem to be somewhere between 1 in 10 and 1 in 20. Niantic don’t publish the official odds.
You’ll also need to make sure you hunt your Origin Forme Palkia’s sooner rather than later. This powerful Pokémon is in Raids until November 27. However, only Origin Forme Palkia’s caught in Pokémon GO before 11:59 PM local time on November 24 have a chance to know Spacial Rend. All Trainers, regardless of any tickets, have the same chance to get the move.
This can make finding a good IV Origin Forme Palkia with the move a challenge. You’ll likely need to take on a lot of Raids this week.
