Thenewly added Trading Post featureis sort of like a free battle pass. Each month, players can complete tasks that will give Travel Points in their Traveler’s Log. As you hit Travel Point thresholds you earn rewards. Each month will have a special reward for collecting 1000 Travel Points. This month, the special reward is the Darkmoon Harlequin’s Bells ensemble.
Long story short: To get the transmog you need to max out the March Traveler’s Log.
This will involve completing the quests and challenges found in your log, seen in the Adventure Guide down on your bar. The quests include a mix of legacy continent, downing bosses from raids and Mythics, and quirky challenges meant to send players all around Azeroth.
Honestly, maxing out the log doesn’t take long. In the previous month whenthe monthly reward was the Ash’adar cat mountI completed it in just a few hours time. you’re able to too with a little bit of persistence.
