Jeremy Renneris feeling grateful.

The actor, 52, shared apost on InstagramFriday, revealing that he recently visited the Reno, Nevada, hospital where he was treated for hisnear-fatal snowplow accidentone year ago.“Rollin through Reno, NV with joy, blessings, and 🍕!!!!” Renner wrote alongside a photograph of himself riding in aRennerVation Foundationfiretruck.

Added Renner, “Thank you and this community for keeping me here.. I’m forever in your debt with gratitude #loveandtitanium.”

Last year, Rennerbroke over 30 bonesandunderwent multiple surgeriesafter his snowplow ran him over while he washelping his nephew get a stuck vehicleout of the snow at his property in Reno on New Year’s Day.

Since the accident, theAvengers: Endgamestar has been open about his journey to recovery. In an emotional Instagram post in November, Renner revealedall the treatments he’s been havingto aid his return to health.

“I have been exploring EVERY type of therapy since Jan 14th … everyday," he wrote. “Countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, iv drips and pushes, stem cell and exosomes, red light / IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber 2.0 atmospheres, cold plunge, and the list goes on and on….”

Renner then went on to say that his greatest therapy has been “his mind” and his “will to keep pushing through his recovery.” He added that he felt it is his “his duty” to be “exceptional” after his accident, noting, “Not to squander my life being spared, but to give back to my family, friends, and all of you whom have empowered me to endure.”

“Wait,” a representative for the star previously confirmed to PEOPLE, is the title of Renner’s upcoming single.

In a DecemberInstagram post, Renner teased the project, writing, “New musical diary — story of life, death, recovery, all things learned along the way.”

He also shared what appears to be the single’s cover artwork, which shows Renner with his arm around his daughter,Ava Berlin Renner, 10, as they sat on a dock overlooking a body of water.

“Wait” will be available topurchase and streamon Jan. 1.
