Arriving for PS4 and Vita in early 2016 Back at E3, Square Enix teased something called“Project Setsuna,”a console RPG in development at a brand-new studio, Tokyo RPG Factory. Apart from having nice concept art, it was a mystery. Well, today during Sony’s Tokyo Game Show press event, we got our first real look at the game, which is now going by the nameIkenie to Yuki no Setsuna. More importantly, it’s just gorgeous, obviously taking stylistic cues from the classic RPGs of yore and traditional Japanese artwork....

The announcement ofStreet Fighter V: Champion Editionhas brought with it the reveal of the classic villain Gill. The character will be joining theStreet Fighter 5roster as a part of theChampion Edition, or seperately as a standalone DLC. Gill comes all the way back fromStreet Fighter 3, where he was the primary antagonist of the game and leader of the aptly named Secret Society. As the leader of a society that thinks they’re above it all, Gill also holds himself in high esteem as the messiah and savior of humanity....

News Harada hates leaks, but he’s made an exception. Elphelt for Guilty Gear Strive is now officially confirmed thanks to a leak from the director of the Tekken series, of all people. Afterweeks of rumors and evidencesupporting both sides, the next DLC for Guilty Gear Strive is confirmed as Elphelt Valentine. A rogue post from Tekken director Katsuhiro Harada confirmed the leak hours before theofficial reveal at The Game Awardslater this afternoon....

Last week we went over Next-gen’s list of the50 greatest gaming innovations, noting that they forgot tentacle porn in the line up. Now they’ve put together a list ofgaming’s worst ideas ever, and again, tentacle porn is missing from the list.
