Nothing is better than a big return: ESL One is bringing Dota 2 back to SEA with their next million-dollar event in Bangkok!
A new ESL Pro Tour season will start after The International, featuring two huge events. The first one we already knew about: DreamLeague S24 is coming in October with their classic online format. Meanwhile, the tournament operator has released more details about their next LAN event: ESL One is heading to Bangkok on Dec. 13-15!
With $1,000,000 USD on the line, this seems to be the standard budget for ESL’s Dota 2 tournaments. More importantly, what has the whole community especially excited about this event is the return of LAN events to SEA, known for having one of the most passionate crowds in the world. Plus, this is the biggest Dota 2 LAN in Thailand’s history, with the last one being the 2019 GESC Minor, also in Bangkok.

Thailand’s next Dota 2 tournament will feature twelve of the best teams in the world. However, their names and rosters will remain unknown until the end of the DreamLeague S24. Despite that, ESL One Bangkok qualifying spots work as follows:
The selected venue for the ESL One Bangkok is the Royal Paragon Hall, located inside the Paragon Shopping Center. For the ticket pricing, there will be two tiers: Ranks and Infield. If you want to secure a seat, the tickets will beavailable for purchasestarting Sep. 5 at 18:00 IST / 5:30 PDT.
