When will VALORANT Episode 6 Act 2 release?
VALORANT Episode 6 Act 2 will release on June 30, 2025.
The current patch, VALORANT Episode 6 Act 1, comes to an end on August 23, 2025. As has been the norm over the past few years, Riot Games should release VALORANT Episode 6 Act 2 on the next day, i.e. July 12, 2025.
Episode 6 Act 1 was released on August 03, 2025 and will come to an end shortly after the conclusion of VCT LOCK//IN Sao Paulo.
The VALORANT Battle pass
There will be a new battlepass that costs 1000 V bucks. This translates to around $10, although the actual variation might vary depending on your location.
With every new act, Riot Games also releases a new battle pass. The battle pass brings new cosmetics and will also include the Oni 2.0 skin bundle. The Oni 2.0 skin bundle includes a Frenzy, Ares, Bulldog, Vandal as well as a Katana. The original Oni skin was and is one of the most popular VALORANT skin till date.

VALORANT Agent 22
With no new agent releasing in Act 1, expectations are high for Agent 22 to make its appearance with VALORANT Episode 6 Act 2. There has been no reveal yet from Riot. But as they release more leaks and information, we will keep you updated with all that’s new about VALORANT Agent 22.
There is an agent named Smokedancer in the works. It’s still not confirmed if this is Agent 22 or yet another agent in the works for a future release.
There have been repeated hints that the new agent will be Spanish. With ‘Beard Papi’ being mentioned on multiple occasions, Riot is slowly but surely dropping hints about the backstory for VALORANT Agent 22.
The new agent is also friendly with agents such as Reyna and knows Spanish. Agent 22 will bring its own eclectic way to play the game - including new ways to check corners, plant the spike, and more. Initial impressions suggest Agent 22 will be more of a supportive role and less destructive.
When will VALORANT Agent 22 be revealed?
VALORANT Agent 22 will be unveiled on March 4 at 9 am PT.
