Some interesting changes to Skye’s ultimate ability – Seekers.
The Valorant patch 5.09 is a relatively minor game update but one which brings significant improvements and bug fixes. Riot Games released the new Valorant patch on November 1 even as they have promised bigger updates later this year.
This is the first sub-patch after the release of the new agent - Harbor. Harbor is an Indian agent with water-manipulating abilities. This patch focuses on fixing several bugs related to the new agent. Additionally, some other heroes with uncommon interactions such as Yoru, Skye, Reyna and Sage also get fixes in the Valorant Patch 5.09.

An interesting change is to the way Skye’s seekers interact with other agents in Valorant. If certain agents are intangible when the seekers reach them, then the seekers will not debuff them. What does intangible mean? Well certain agents such as Yoru in dimensional drift and Reyna in dismissed form cannot be targeted and with the latest update will not be affected by Skye’s seekers either.

When is the next Valorant update?
The next patch update should come out in a couple of weeks. The new update,Valorant patch 5.10, will see improvements to the game UX.Specifically, the game developers have confirmed they will be providing one-click access for Valroant players in the in-game menu. A previous patch had added different layers to the game and players were now required to have more clicks in order to perform the same functions in Valorant.
The devs have confirmed in a blogpost, they will be simplifying the process and providing one-click functionality.
