You can purchase this white flower fromFlora in the main city of Mondstadt. She runs a flower shop near the entrance ofMondstadtto the right of the first staircase. She won’t be there at night, however, so pass the time from the in-game menu before attempting to find her.
Once she’s there, talk to the girl and select “I’d like to buy some flowers.” A menu pops up after that. You’ll find you can buy five Cecilia for 1,000 Mora each. What a bargain! You can also get someCalla Liliesand Windwheel Asters from here, which are used to ascend other characters like Diona and Aether/Lumine. She’ll restock these flowers every three days.
