It’s the first update in the 2.0 era of Zenless Zone Zero. With Version 2.1, we receive two new awesome characters and plenty of exciting events.
A special broadcast reveals everything new coming to the game with Version 2.1. Moreover, Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) has prepared a mysterious surprise for us! With a recent big update, ZZZ started a new story arc. We are moving forward in these adventures, and two new girls enrich the playable roster with their powers.

ZZZ new characters in Version 2.1
Even before the Version 2.1 announcement, Zenless Zone Zero revealed some basic info on two new characters. Both are members of a new Faction, Spook Shack.
Ukinami Yuzuha in Zenless Zone Zero 2.1
This girl has her banner in the first half of ZZZ 2.1 — alongside the re-run AgentHoshimi Miyabi.
Father of Ukinami Yuzuha owns a Porcelume craft shop. The girl is in a school related to the family’s company. By telling great stories and urban legends, Ukinami Yuzuha helps increase sales.
As a fan of spooky stories, this ZZZ 2.1 Agent spends a lot of time with her tanuki buddy Kama. The creature accompanies Ukinami Yuzuha in her game battles as well.
A special summer night episode named A Mermaid Dream tells various details from Yuzuha’s story.
In battles, Yuzuha is an S-RankPhysical Support Agent. The girl loves pranks, and that is reflected in her fighting style.
With EX Special Attack, Yuzuha and her tanuki friend throw candy bombs that deal Physical damage. The attack applies the Sweet Scare status on the victims: with ATK and DMG boosts for the entire team.
While battling, Yuzuha accumulates Sugar Points. They are spent for aftershock effects when other characters are in play.
When you activate Yuzuha’s Ultimate, she throws Kama at opponents and deals area damage thanks to candy bombs.

With her noble sword in hand, Alice accumulates Blade Etiquette — and then spends this resource to increase Physical damage from her basic attack. Sword swinging and pokes are the basis of Alice’s kit in ZZZ.
